What we’ve built, without the names.
Most of our work sits under NDA, and we’d rather keep it that way — the people who trust us to run their site don’t need it turned into a case study. So we describe the work by sector and by what changed, not by client. Every engagement below is real; the names are left off on purpose.

A few of the projects we look after
These are ongoing in most cases — we tend to keep the sites we build rather than hand them back. Each one is described by what we did and what it fixed. No invented numbers; if we can’t say it plainly, we leave it out.
Health & beauty retailer, regional
An ageing shop that was slow and awkward to update. We rebuilt the storefront, moved their order confirmations and newsletter onto a proper transactional email setup, and took over hosting and the domain. Stock and product changes no longer mean raising a ticket with someone else — the team edits, and we keep it online. Still ours to run.
Freight & logistics operator
Quotes used to live in a spreadsheet and a long email thread. We put a booking and quote form on the front of the site and wired it into their internal tools, so a request turns into a tracked job without anyone re-typing it. The automation runs quietly on our side; they just see the work land where it should.
Professional-services firm
A dated multi-page site that search engines were quietly ignoring. We rebuilt it clean and fast, fixed the technical SEO that was holding it back, and set up a low-volume newsletter the firm can actually keep up with. We host it and handle the domain and mailboxes so nothing lapses.
Specialty food producer
A small manufacturer with a seasonal rush. We built a product catalogue they update themselves, set up seasonal email campaigns, and moved hosting to us with proper backups — so the busiest weeks of the year stop being the ones the old site fell over on.
Cross-border trade supplier
A B2B supplier selling into two markets in two languages. We built the bilingual site, consolidated it off two separate hosts onto one we run, and put uptime monitoring in front of it. When something goes wrong we usually know before they do, and we’re the ones who fix it.
Training provider
Courses that needed to fill. We built focused landing pages for each programme, plan and run the paid search behind them against enrolment goals, and report back each month on what’s working and what we’d change next — a couple of paragraphs someone will actually read.
The pattern
Build it, then keep running it
The engagements above look different on the surface, but they share a shape. We don’t just ship a site and disappear — we tend to end up holding the domain, the email, and the servers too, because that’s where problems actually get fixed.
We hold the domains and email
For most clients we manage the domain, DNS, and mailboxes alongside the site. It means fewer moving parts and no finger-pointing between vendors when a record needs changing or an inbox stops receiving.
We run the sending
Order confirmations, password resets, newsletters, drip flows — the email that a site depends on. We set up the sending properly so messages land in inboxes rather than spam folders, and we watch the ones that matter.
We watch uptime
The sites we host are monitored, so an outage is something we act on rather than something a client emails us about. Because we run the servers ourselves, the fix and the person who knows the site are the same call.
We automate the dull parts
Where a business is copying data between tools by hand, we connect them. A form becomes a ticket, an order becomes a record, a report writes itself. Small automations that quietly remove standing work.
Why there are no logos or names here: we work with a small number of clients at a time, often for years, and a good part of that is discretion. We’re happy to talk through relevant work in a conversation — and where a client is glad to be referenced, we’ll ask them first rather than assume.
